What we collect

• Phone number, to sign in with a one-time code.
• Name, office name and bar registration number, to verify you are a registered lawyer; colleagues see them on your requests.
• Request details: court, circuit, room, date and time, tasks, note and fee.
• Case number and client details you enter in a request.
• Photo of the session decision, the decision, next session date and note.
• Ratings and problem reports.
• Your device's notification token.

We do not collect location or contacts, use no ads or tracking, and never sell your data.

Who sees what

• Open requests are visible to verified lawyers only, without the case number or client details.
• The case number, client details and decision photo are visible only to the requesting lawyer and the lawyer who accepted — enforced by the database's security rules.
• Your phone number is never shown to other users.
• The app's administrators can access data when needed, e.g. to verify a bar registration or review a report.

Where it is stored

Google Firebase in Doha (Qatar): both the database and decision photos, with daily backups. Notifications are delivered by Apple. All connections are encrypted.

Your responsibility

Under Article 24 of Kuwait's Legal Profession Law, the requesting lawyer remains responsible to the client. Only include client details the colleague needs to attend.

Deleting your account

Account → Settings → Delete account. Your name, phone number, bar number, rating and login are deleted and your open requests are cancelled. Completed covers stay in the other lawyer's history (with your name as it was then); email us to have those removed too.
